Raye has apologised to followers after they have been turned down from getting into her present in Paris on Sunday (February 15), promising them signed vinyl and free tickets to reveals sooner or later.

Starting by saying she’s “fully devastated” for the followers turned away, she described the incident as “fully unacceptable and mistaken”.
The singer added: “I’ve been instructed this was a system error at Ticketmaster, which means 65 tickets weren’t absolutely validated once they have been bought, this was outdoors of something I may management and I really feel saddened and let down.”

She then mentioned that whereas these affected have been refunded and given a voucher from Ticketmaster, she would “like to supply all of those 65 individuals who didn’t get in to the present complimentary tickets to any Raye future present of their alternative and a signed vinyl.
“I do know this doesn’t even remotely make up for this mess, but it surely’s all I can consider on this second to melt the blow. My deepest apologies to these of you impacted. Love Raye.”
The tour started on January 22 in Łódź, Poland, and has seen Raye carry out throughout the European mainland.
