🎭 Animate / Inanimate – Rethinking Object Theatre and Puppetry
In 2026, we invite artists from around the globe to hitch us in exploring the shifting boundaries between the dwelling and the non-living, the fabric and the immaterial. The residency affords time, area, and group to reimagine the function of puppetry and object theatre in up to date efficiency.
📌 Residency Plans
· Plan A | 1-month residencies (Might – July 2026) utilizing the Colony Puppet Truck
· Plan B | 2-month residencies (Aug – Oct 2026), culminating within the Open Lab Pageant
This program gives artists with alternatives for inventive improvement, dialogue with native and worldwide friends, and direct engagement with communities.
