It hasn’t even been a full calendar 12 months since Kerry King dropped his debut solo report, and the Slayer guitarist is already speaking about recording one other one.
In an interview with Rolling Stone Brasil (transcribed by Blabbermouth), King mentioned that each time the album cycle for From Hell I Rise is completed, “and proper now that appears to [him] like October,” he is planning on moving into the studio with Kerry King and Slayer drummer, Paul Bostaph.
Bostaph “and [King] have at all times talked about going straight from enjoying reside, taking perhaps every week off and go proper into the studio to maintain your tour chops, so that you’re firing on all cylinders – you do not gotta observe to get good; you are already good – and get in there and report it,” King elaborated.

Moreover, King is hoping that From Hell I Rise producer, Josh Wilbur, will be capable of be part of his endeavours in a second solo report: “He was very hands-on, [a] very cool man. I liked working with him… So, we’re hoping the home windows line as much as the place we’re each free.” King accredits Wilbur as “member quantity six” of Kerry King, and that his mind was in a position to think about issues King could not through the writing means of the debut report.
At the moment, Kerry King consists of Kerry King (Slayer) and Phil Demmel (Machine Head) on guitars, Mark Osegueda (DEATH ANGEL) on vocals, bassist Kyle Sanders (HELLYEAH), and Paul Bostaph (Slayer).
